Misty
On 5/31/07, at about 10:00, I was talking to Wes on the phone while I was at work. I asked him if Ellyse checked Wimpys Lucky Pine for milk and he said, yes, it was cloudy not milky. I told him to make sure the camera was working, that Lucky would probably foal. About 1/2 hour later, Wes called me to tell me that there were eight legs in Lucky's stall, not four. He had checked the camera and could only see the ceiling, so he went out to reposition it. Lucky had already foaled, a filly! Misty was already up and nursing by the time Wes discovered her. Her sire is the late Shawnee Sands. She is less than 12 hours old in this picture.
