Ed was born at high noon, on Memorial Day, to Wimpys Lucky Pine and Pat Star Roan. This is a first for us....having a foal in the day time. I happened to notice the yearlings and two year olds chasing Lucky around with a sack hanging out her back end. I yelled for Wes and between all four of us, including the kids, we got her in. Not an easy task when 15 horses are in a frenzy. Twenty minutes later, Ed arrived. He is named after his grand-sire Great Pines Edition. He is 99% foundation and elgible for the AQHA Incentive Fund.
