Gunner

Gunner was born 5/25/05 to Shawnee Sands and Overcome By Smoke. I was there for this one. Smoke has had 5 foals for us, so I'm very aware of her "signs". At 2:30 I went out to the barn and she was in hard labor. She had a long, difficult time having Gunner. I've never seen her work or sweat so much. And after Gunner came out, I could see why. He's huge!!! I know it's hard to believe by the picture, but he will be grey. He's confirmationally correct and like I mentioned before, he's big. This picture was taken after the sun decided to wake up.
